Billing, renewal, warranty, and leaving.
The terms that cover an engagement and the platform. Every number here also appears on the Pricing page, because a term you have to hunt for is a term designed to be missed.
Billing and auto-renewal
The platform is billed annually. There is no monthly price. Your first year is included in the build price as a single all-in figure. It renews on your launch anniversary at the tier your site is on: Standard $1,140, Booking $2,340 , or Commerce $3,540 a year. We state your renewal date and amount before you pay for the build , and we send you a reminder before the renewal falls due. , Booking $2,340 , o Commerce $3,540 al año. The tier follows the capability, and the payment trigger is absolute: the moment a site takes any payment, including a deposit or a prepaid seat, it is Commerce. Moving tier adds the difference between tiers, never a second platform charge. Tax is always a separate invoice line, calculated by your state where a nexus exists.
Cancellation and refunds
Your site stays live for the full year you paid for, whatever month you stop engaging. There is no refund for unused months. If your term ends and you do not renew, you have 30 days in which your data and your export stay retrievable, and renewing within that window puts everything back. After that your data may be removed under our retention policy, and we write to you first.
Ownership and export
You own your brand, your content, your domain, and your data. Export is free, one click, and available at any time, including after you stop paying. It produces your files and your database as a working static site that runs with no CMS behind it. What ends when you leave is the CMS, the hosting, and the management. Not your access to your own work. There is no export fee anywhere in this document.
Production, checkpoints, and the defect warranty
Production is scheduled against an approved brief and runs after your readiness check passes. Two scheduled review checkpoints keep the work on brief. A defect is something inside the approved scope that is not working as agreed, and it is covered for seven days after production completes. A new or different request is a billable change, and we tell you which one it is before doing it. When production is complete the site is launch-ready. Going live can depend on your domain and your final sign-off, so we report "production complete, launch pending" and mean it.
What we do not promise
We do not guarantee a search ranking, a legal or immigration outcome, a revenue figure, or a traffic figure. Anyone who guarantees those is claiming something they cannot know.
