An -arumaldo. project runs in two phases. First, preparation: intake, content, access, and a readiness check. Then scheduled production executes the approved brief, with two review checkpoints, quality assurance, and launch preparation. Defects within the approved scope are covered for seven days.
Preparation and production
Production is short because the preparation is done before it. The designer and the content creator work with you to gather content, confirm access, and validate readiness first. Nothing is booked as open-ended hours; production executes an approved, ready brief.
The pipeline
- 1
Brand hands to Message, Message hands to Website, each at the start of the next business day.
- 2
The stations run in parallel across clients, so your schedule is set per engagement against current workload.
The checkpoints
Two scheduled reviews during production keep the work on brief.
Launch honesty
When production is complete, the site is launch-ready. Going live can depend on your domain and your final sign-off, so we say "production complete, launch pending" and mean it.
The seven-day defect warranty
A defect is something inside the approved scope that is not working as agreed. That is covered for seven days. A new or different request is a billable change, and we tell you which one it is before doing it.
