This notice describes what arumaldo.com actually does with the information you send it. It is written to match the behaviour of this website, not a generic template.

Who is responsible
Arumaldo, operating from Panama City, Panama, is responsible for the information collected through this website. You can reach us at info@arumaldo.com for any question about this notice or about information we hold.
What this website collects
This website collects personal information in one way: its four enquiry forms. There is no account system, no newsletter signup, no comment system and no ecommerce.

Every form also records a submission reference, the time of submission, the page you submitted from and, if present, campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (utm_source and similar) plus the referring website. That is attribution information about the visit.
Optional marketing consent
Each form has a separate, unticked checkbox for occasional emails about Arumaldo's services. It is never preselected and never required to submit an enquiry. Ask us to stop at any time and we will.
What not to send us
Please do not send passwords, access codes, API keys, payment card details, health information or your own customers' records through these forms. If a job needs credentials, we arrange a secure channel after the scope is agreed.
Cookies, analytics and tracking
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not use third-party tracking. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no chat widget.
- Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights measure page views and page performance in aggregate. They do not use cookies, do not identify you personally and do not follow you to other websites.
- Cloudflare Turnstile is the verification widget on each form. It tells people apart from automated abuse and is necessary for the forms to work. Cloudflare processes technical signals from the browser as part of that check.
- Session storage: if you arrive through a link containing campaign parameters, your browser stores them for the browser session so a later enquiry can be attributed correctly. It is cleared when you close the tab and holds no personal information.
If we add any other measurement or marketing technology, this notice is updated before it is switched on.
Where the information goes

These providers operate internationally, so information may be processed outside Panama and outside your own country. We use them as service providers to run this business; we do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept in the CRM while they are active and afterwards as a record of the business relationship or of why an enquiry was declined. If an enquiry does not lead to work and you have not asked for marketing contact, ask us to delete it and we will. Server request logs are short-lived and controlled by our hosting provider.
Your requests
Email info@arumaldo.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to stop marketing contact. We confirm your identity where reasonable and acknowledge requests within one business day.
These are commitments about how we operate. Depending on where you live, you may also have specific statutory rights. This notice describes our practice; it is not legal advice, and it does not claim compliance with any particular jurisdiction's law.
Changes
If what this website does with information changes, this page is updated at the same time, and the review date at the top changes with it.
