Accessibility statement

The target

This website is built to WCAG 2.2 Level AA for its public pages and every step of its enquiry forms. We treat that as our working standard, not as a certification we hold.

What is built in

• A skip link to the main content as the first focusable element on every page.
• Semantic landmarks, one main heading per page and a logical heading order.
• Full keyboard operation, including the mobile menu (Escape closes it and returns focus) and the question-and-answer disclosures.
• A visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
• Every form field has a visible label above it. Errors are listed in a summary that links to each field, announced to screen readers, and described in words, never by colour alone.
• Text meets AA contrast in both the light and dark colour schemes, which follow your device setting.
• Meaningful images have text alternatives; decorative marks are hidden from assistive technology.
• Layout reflows without horizontal scrolling down to a 320 pixel viewport; wide tables scroll inside their own container.
• Animation is limited to short entrance movement and is switched off under the reduced-motion setting. No content depends on motion.
• All content and links are present without JavaScript. The forms need JavaScript only for their spam check, and offer email instead.

What has been tested, and how

Pages were checked with automated tooling (axe-core) in light and dark schemes, at phone and desktop widths, for keyboard order and focus visibility, and against contrast values calculated from the design tokens.

Automated and structural checking does not replace a manual pass with assistive technology. A full manual screen-reader audit across browser and assistive-technology combinations is outstanding work, and we will not describe our testing as more than it is.

Known limitations

• The verification widget on each form is Cloudflare Turnstile, a third-party component whose internal accessibility is Cloudflare's. If it prevents you from submitting a form, email us instead and nothing is lost.
• The site is published in English, with a Spanish overview page.

Email info@arumaldo.com describing the page and what happened. We reply within one business day, and we would rather hear about a barrier than have someone give up. If a page is unusable for you, tell us what you needed and we will answer by email directly.
