Is it really 72 hours?
Yes, 72 elapsed hours from the moment your project is Ready for Production to a live website, provided your review and final payment happen at the agreed checkpoints. The clock does not start at payment. It starts when every required input has been received and verified.
What if you miss the deadline?
Our own delays never pause the clock. If a deadline passes and the site is not live, the original deadline stays on record, the delivery is marked late, and you receive a factual revised plan. The clock only holds for documented customer-side blockers, such as a missed approval.
Can you add features specific to my business?
Yes. The CMS can include collections built for your business, such as projects for a contractor, professionals for a law firm or locations for a clinic. Anything beyond the standard scope is quoted in writing before work starts.
What if I already have a website with content?
We audit your existing content before quoting. A small transfer may fit the included allowance; larger archives, plugin replacement and complex redirect lists are scoped separately so there are no surprises.
