Real Estate Website Design
A serious buyer has already seen the portals. Your own website is where a property stops being a listing and where your agency stops being one name among many. It has to look the part and answer quickly.
What your buyers check before they call.
Large photos, floor plans and the facts that matter, on a page that loads fast on a phone.
Neighborhood guides written by people who know the streets, not generic text.
Named agents, licenses and a brand that matches the properties you represent.
A direct line to the agent for that property, by form, phone or WhatsApp.
What we typically build.
Every site is designed for the business in front of us. This is the structure we usually start from, adjusted to what you do.
One strong page per property, built to be shared with a buyer in a single link.
Location, type and price range, in a clear layout for the portfolio you actually hold.
Original pages that can rank for the areas you sell, and that portals cannot copy.
Each agent with a profile, license details and their current properties.
A page that explains how you market a home, to win the next listing.
A short form that reaches the agent responsible for that property.
A concept example.
A fictional business, to show how we would approach this kind of site.
- Who visits
- A buyer, often abroad, who found a property on a portal and is checking the agency.
- What they need
- To see the property properly, and to reach the right agent quickly.
- What we built
- One shareable page per property, neighborhood guides, and enquiries routed to the listing agent.
Concept work. The business is fictional.
Problems we often find on these websites.
- Property pages that load slowly because every photo is uploaded at full size
- A template that looks the same as every other agency in town
- Sold properties left online with no status, so buyers enquire about homes that are gone
- Every enquiry going to one general inbox, and replies arriving a day too late
Questions
Can you connect the site to the MLS?
An MLS or IDX feed depends on your board's rules and a data provider. It is custom functionality, quoted after a separate discovery. Many agencies start with properties managed directly in the CMS.
Can our team add and remove properties?
Yes. On a Business Website, your team adds properties, marks them sold and updates prices in the CMS, and the page layout stays intact.
Can the site be in English and Spanish?
Yes. A second language is 25% of the website price. Property pages and neighborhood guides are written natively, which matters when buyers come from abroad.
Will this replace the portals?
No, and it should not try to. Portals bring volume. Your own website is where a buyer goes to check you out, and where your best properties can be shown properly.
Ready for a better website?
Your best properties deserve better than a portal listing. Tell us about your business. We reply within one business day.
