It is not an account inside our platform. After full payment you receive the source code, and you own your content and media. If you ever move on, we hand over a portability package:

When does the 72-hour clock start?

When your project is Ready for Production: the deposit has cleared and your company brief, final content, logo, media, domain access and named approver are all received and verified. Paying the deposit reserves a slot but does not start the clock on its own.

What do I need to provide?

A completed company brief, your service information, logo, photography, team details and testimonials where they apply, access to your domain, and one person who can approve and pay. We send a checklist, and it always shows what is still missing.

Do you write the copy?

We organize and implement your content, and we guide the company brief so it produces usable material quickly. Extensive original copywriting and translation are scoped separately.

Can my team update the website?

Yes. Every Business Website includes Payload CMS at yourdomain.com/admin, two named editor accounts, a 30-minute walkthrough and a short editing guide. The One Page Website has no CMS; later changes are quoted.

What happens after the first year?

Managed infrastructure renews at $500 per year for a Business Website or $250 per year for a One Page Website. It covers hosting, SSL, database, media storage, backups, monitoring and routine security maintenance. Redesigns, new pages and new features are quoted separately.

Do I own the website?

Yes. After full payment you receive the project source code and own your content and media. On request we provide a portability package with the source, a structured content export, media and, for CMS sites, a database export, at no separate export fee.

Why don't you build on WordPress?

WordPress is a good fit for many businesses. We standardize on a different stack because it gives us tighter control over performance, security maintenance, deployment and a CMS structured around your content. Each Business Website is an independently deployed application with its own CMS and infrastructure.

Where is Arumaldo based?

Our team is based in Panama City, Panama, and works with businesses across the United States. Panama runs on UTC-5 all year, the same as U.S. Eastern Standard Time, so our working day overlaps yours.
