The Foundation
Brand, words, and website. One project, one price.
The Foundation is how most clients start with us. You arrive with a business and no site worth keeping. You leave with a visual identity, everything your site says in both languages, and a live bilingual site you edit yourself.

The Foundation is our complete starting project: Brand, then Message, then Website, produced in that order as one project. You end with a Brand Book, a Message Book, and a live bilingual website, for $10,640 billed once, with your first year on the platform included. After that year it renews at $1,140 a year, and we give you the renewal date before you pay.
Why the order matters
Each service feeds the next, so they are not run out of order.
Brand first. The logo, the color, and the type decide how everything after them looks.
Message second. The words, the page plan, and the search terms are settled before anyone builds. English and Spanish are written separately, never run through a translator.
Website last. It uses both. Nothing is written or planned during the build; the build carries out what you already approved.
What you own at the end
All of it is yours to keep. Nothing is licensed back to you, and export is free and always available.
The Brand Book
Your logo suite, colors, typography, and the pieces you use daily, from business card and letterhead to email signature and social profiles, documented so any designer can pick it up. Every editable source file comes with it, in SVG, PDF, and PNG.
The five Message documents
A search and keyword analysis, a validated sitemap, a page-by-page blueprint, the Message Book that records your positioning and voice, and the finished website copy in both languages.
A live bilingual website
Built, launched, and editable by you from the first day, with a blog, a contact form, and a CMS you run yourself. You can export the whole site free, at any time, and host it elsewhere.
What it costs

Bought separately the three services come to $11,000 before the platform, and the Foundation build is $9,500, so the set saves you $1,500. The founding rate is in exchange for a named testimonial, permission to publish a case study, and permission to show the before and after; the sixth client pays full price. A site that takes bookings or payments moves to a higher platform tier and pays the difference, never a second platform charge.
What The Foundation does not include
It covers your brand, your message, and a standard bilingual site of up to 8 main pages.
Selling products or taking bookings needs a configuration on top, and moves your site to a higher platform tier. A third language, custom software, and anything past the standard page count are quoted separately. Each of those is explained on its own page, and we tell you which one applies before you pay.
