To secure dedicated production resources and prioritize your project in our development pipeline, we require a 50% Project Activation Fee before production starts. The remaining 50% Final Publication Payment is only due when your site is fully built, reviewed by your team, and ready for launch. No site is connected to its live domain or made public until the final balance is settled. This professional milestone structure keeps incentives aligned and ensures absolute velocity.

Traditional open hosting environments suffer from unpatched plugin vulnerabilities, slow response times, and server maintenance backlogs. By deploying exclusively on our managed infrastructure, we ensure your site remains structurally consistent and online. Arumaldo does not build websites for outside hosting platforms.

Technical hosting support covers server uptime, infrastructure deployment, security configurations, and technology-stack operations. This is included in your managed hosting renewal. Website modifications—such as changing images, updating text copy, and adding contact fields—are called Change Requests. Standard builds include two comprehensive Change Request rounds before live launch. Post-launch updates are either billed flat-rate at $50 per Change Request or covered under our optional WCR Subscription ($99/mo for up to 5 updates).

Yes. The customer retains absolute ownership of their brand identity, corporate copyright assets, images, text, and registered domain names. The functional code runs and executes on Arumaldo's managed server layer. Should you ever decide to offboard or migrate your site away from our infrastructure, we quote code export and database migration assistance as a separate offboarding service.
